Nature Valley™ Shop Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
Nature Valley’s Shop is open only individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States (including D.C.), eighteen (18) years old or older at the date and time of purchase.

Timing:
Nature Valley’s ReTok shop opens July 24th, 2023 at 12:00am (“ET”), closes on August 25th at 12pm (“ET”) (the “Program Period). Juicyorange, LLC (“Administrator”) computer is the official time-keeping device for the Program.

Nature Valley Shop:

• RETURN & REFUND POLICY
• Items ordered through the Nature Valley ReTok store are non-refundable.
• CANCELLATION POLICY
• You must contact us at d2c.shops@genmills.com within 24 hours of your order for us to cancel your transaction. After 24 hours no cancellations are allowed.
• SHIPPING POLICY
• Shipping fees not incurred for consumer.
• Shipping is limited to the 50 United States (including D.C.). We will not ship out of the country. We only produce packaging that is complaint for sales within the USA.
• Item will be received within 4 weeks of order.
• STORE ITEMS
• Items in the shop will be rotating throughout the promotion terms. Limited availability on items
• Items restocked and dropping regularly
